Hello! We are not just involved in the search and sale of kimonos.
We offer their restoration, so that these magnificent garments can bloom again in all their glory.
We understand that most kimonos that come to us are excessively long, making it impossible to wear them without a belt on the street. Our seamstress has mastered the art of altering kimonos without causing any harm to the silk. We carefully hem them along the seam located on the back. All the work is done by hand, following the traditions of Japanese sewing, and we do not rely on the use of sewing machines.
We have noticed that many of our customers desire an additional belt for their kimonos. That's why we came up with the idea of using the silk remaining after alterations to create beautiful belts. It adds a special elegance and attractiveness to the garments.
We also receive kimonos with torn linings. With great care, we replace the damaged linings using Japanese silk from our stock or remaining fabric pieces that are not suitable for making kimonos. Therefore, no kimono is left without our attention.
We proudly consider ourselves true enthusiasts who seek ways to preserve and restore each kimono and pass it on to you. Your love for these unique garments is our inspiration.
